God this resonates so much. I've got a huge birthday year with them turning 7, 13, 16, & 18 and with two in the last month it feels like I'm in the thick of a transition I'd love to run from and slow the whole thing down. I know in their memories this summer has been great but in mine, I wonder if anything would have felt enough.
