Using personal experience told in a way that vividly draws us in, you highlight how the shaming of different bodies applies to so many types that are seen as less than perfect in our society. In vulnerably admitting your own flawed responses from the past and sharing where they came from, your words grant forgiveness and self empathy to many who feel guilty about things they've said or thought for similar reasons. Great writing leaving us feeling positive, galvanised and hopeful for change. Thank you for sharing it with MW readers.
